Hotel Hirschen

Samira was friendly and informative, and helped make check-in and check-out smooth. She gave us lots of useful information, especially about laundry. The service was attentive and friendly, despite all the negative comments, and breakfast was great. We also had a decent view from the room. The only thing I wish they'd provided was a kettle, at least on request. Having to go to the main lobby for hot water was really inconvenient.

We didn't stay here, but wanted to try cheese fondue while in Switzerland since it's a must. They had a table for us, and our waitress was very helpful even though it was late in the evening. She made the meal even more enjoyable. Thank you so much.

The staff were friendly, and the setting was a relaxing place to unwind after a day exploring. The pizza was baked just right with fresh ingredients, the soup was rich and flavorful, and the salad was crisp. A satisfying meal in a welcoming spot, highly recommended.

Our room was in the charming Guest House behind the main building. It was quiet and cozy, with a beautiful mountain view, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise too, with a modern shower-toilet that made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh juice that you could make yourself, plenty of Swiss cheeses, fresh bread, Müsli, and more. We appreciated having convenient on-site parking reserved for hotel guests. The welcome was very warm, and everything exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back.
