There’s no elevator, but the staff were very kind and carried our luggage for us. The hotel interior is a bit dated. After sitting on the fabric chair in our room, I got some mild skin irritation on my lower back. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The owner was extremely kind and hospitable, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a charming balcony overlooking the mountains. It’s in central Grindelwald, making the train station and major attractions easy to reach. I loved my stay and would come back again and again.

The view from our balcony was incredible, and breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff at Hotel Tschuggen were so helpful: they let us check in late, showed us the best sledding and hiking routes in the region, and held our luggage. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

The location couldn’t have been better, with trains, buses, and restaurants all within walking distance. Our balcony had breathtaking views, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. My husband and I had a really enjoyable stay. The service was remarkable, especially from Christof, who went above and beyond for us. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again for such a pleasant visit!
