Apartment Delta by GriwaRent

This was the worst hosting I've experienced. They hadn't emailed us the office location, so we waited 40 minutes to get it. Then she said she'd leave if we didn't arrive within 10 minutes. At the office, we had two children with us, aged 2 and 3, more than I had put down at first. She initially said they'd charge for them, then refused and said, "if you don't show me another reservation I'll close and leave and tomorrow is a day off so no keys " !!! I explained that my parents were old and needed the bathroom, and asked for the keys while I stayed, but she REFUSED! I had to make another reservation, and she called to check because she said " I don't trust you " The apartment listing included 2 parking for 2 CARS, but after our discussion she said we had only one parking !!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST
