The staff made this stay feel like coming home. Everyone seemed to care sincerely, and guest wellbeing clearly came first. It was my birthday, though we hadn't mentioned it, and we were greeted with birthday wishes and lots of thoughtful little touches. The hotel itself feels like a fairytale, with rooms and shared spaces in excellent condition. I had a treatment with the SPA team and came away more relaxed than ever, and the spa is a lovely place to unwind. There are several excellent restaurants with different cuisines to choose from. Gstaad Palace really is a legend in European luxury. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

We came during Christmas, when the hotel was at its busiest, and I was so happy with the atmosphere and the place, especially the staff. Bixente and Ian Salati were particularly kind, and the team are genuinely friendly. They patiently explain things, try hard to help, and are very understanding. It's a one of a kind hotel, and I'd be glad to return.

The views of the mountains from both sides were beautiful, and the spa was just WOW. The restaurants were delicious, and even the ski rental team were amazing. From arriving at the castle, which felt like stepping into a fairytale, to the kind and professional staff, the whole place felt like a daydream. We can see why people call The Palace Switzerland's most mythical hotel. One of the best I've visited. Thank you, and see you soon.

Le Grand has really lifted the atmosphere and the food, and the service stays excellent. The team clearly works hard to keep standards high. There are three restaurants, a lobby bar with live bands, and a great club, along with events and entertainment throughout the year. The ski shop and wardrobe, elegant boutiques, and hair salon cover all sorts of details. That's why it's a Palace, and it always feels exciting. I love this place and appreciate everyone behind it. Gstaad Palace gave us a wonderful stay, with stunning Alpine views and staff who were professional and attentive. The service was impeccable, and the place strikes a lovely balance between luxury and comfort. Highly recommended.
