Hotel Restaurant Schã¶nbã¼hl

The setting added so much to the wedding, with lovely natural surroundings and broad views. I was there as a guest at Panorama Hotel Restaurant Schönbühl, and the whole celebration felt special. The hall was beautifully decorated, from the elegant tables and flowers to the natural light that gave it a magical feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Dinner was relaxed and good for conversation, then the dancing got lively. The food was spectacular, both delicious and beautifully presented. I left delighted, with unforgettable memories. I’d recommend the venue for a wedding or other special event.

The rooms above the restaurant were comfortable, and the view was stunning. They could use a fridge and kettle, though, and there’s no air conditioning. That didn’t bother me since the weather was cooler. The location near Lake Thun was convenient, with easy access on bus 21 or 25 from Thun station. Breakfast was ample, though the food was just okay.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and beautiful views of the lake and mountains, whatever the season. The staff are cheerful and look after customers well, and the food is delicious, with plenty to choose from across European and Asian dishes. Prices are reasonable, and the restaurant is clean and spacious, with enough parking. It also has accommodation for tourists. We’ve eaten here many times, and you need to call ahead to reserve a table. We’ve celebrated both my birthday and my husband’s here, and I’ve recommended it to friends and family. There are lots of pretty spots for photos, and you can walk to Sigriswilbrücke, the suspension bridge tourists know. They also serve tea, coffee, and ice cream.

The staff were cheerful and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The service and scenery were very nice. The room was clean and big enough, and there’s free parking.
