The location is good, but that applies to apartments all over Interlaken. I paid $353 a night and expected something decent, but this place was pathetic. It was extremely dirty and dusty, with dust all over the floor and curtains. The bedsheets were unwashed, the linen was dirty, cabinets were broken, and the shampoo, body wash, and handwash bottles were empty. The whole apartment shakes when someone walks on the floor above. Don't stay here with kids.

The worst hotel experience of my life. We were four people, but they refused to give us another copy of the keys and offered no cooperation or help. They also wouldn't help two old men carry their luggage up to the apartment on the fourth floor. On top of that, they charged an extra 30 euros for nothing. The staff were very bad and unhelpful.

It's an older place, and the price reflects that. The location is pretty good, and there's paid parking. The staff were nice, helpful, and accommodating.

Don't book this apartment under any circumstances. For the same money, you could book an apartment in Lucerne with better views. I'd give it a negative star if that were possible.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment. The staff were bad and unprofessional, the rooms were small, and the place was uncomfortable and very loud. The beds were small too, and the price was high.
