Ferrari Apartment

We came back after a day out in town to find ants all over the floors, our clothes, and our bags. There were spiders crawling around and webs, too. The owner had left just one roll of toilet paper, which ran out quickly, and never replied when we asked for more. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don't book it if you're looking for somewhere in Interlaken.

The balcony has a stunning view, and the hotel is close to Interlaken West station. Those were the two things we liked. We were travelling around Europe from Australia and found the place pretty lifeless, with dusty rooms that seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time. Maintenance was poor, too. The kitchen light barely worked and was very dim, and there was only one charging outlet, in the kitchen. I think we'll choose another hotel next time we're in Interlaken.

We had a nice stay, but there were some issues: a broken wire in the bedroom felt dangerous, and the kitchen wasn't fully usable because the microwave had no plug, so we had to buy one. The toilet also had no lock.

The location is very good, but I can't recommend the apartment. It was dirty, with dusty, apparently unwashed floors and dishes we couldn't use. Two broken chairs caused the children to fall. I'll attach photos of my stockings after just an hour walking around inside. The children's room was cold, and a window that looked outside was covered with a napkin. The kids' clothes picked up all the floor dust. Better to spend more on a hotel that's clean and worth the price.
