The staff made our three-night family stay at Stella Hotel Interlaken feel especially welcoming. We arrived without a reservation, and they quickly showed us room options and gave useful advice for traveling with a child. Everyone, from reception to breakfast, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had room for two adults and a child. The convertible armchair bed was practical, and the rooms felt open and well maintained, though we could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and well organized. It’s right in the city center, very close to Interlaken West train station, with restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of fresh food. WiFi, an elevator, a garden, and an indoor heated swimming pool with changing facilities were also available. The pool was a real highlight for our family, especially our child, who absolutely loved it. A comfortable, convenient place to stay with family in Interlaken.

The clean room had a nice balcony and a great mountain view. Staff were super friendly, and the location was quiet and good, just a short walk from Interlaken West station. Free parking was a big plus. Breakfast was included, and there’s free coffee until 5 PM. Excellent value for money.

Nick and Raymen were the highlight of our stay at Stella Swiss Quality Hotel Interlaken. They were approachable, friendly, and always helpful, from answering questions and sharing local advice to making sure we were comfortable. Their service made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The hotel was comfortable and well kept, and it’s well placed for getting around Interlaken and nearby areas. Breakfast was pleasant and relaxed. It would be even better with a few more vegetarian choices, especially hot dishes. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily return or recommend it to others visiting Interlaken.

Nick at the front desk made our stay at Estella Swiss Hotel in Interlaken memorable. He welcomed us, explained everything about the hotel, and shared really useful tips on local hikes, activities, and making the most of our visit. He was patient, friendly, and clearly cared about how we were doing. He even helped with our luggage and checked that we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken.

The hotel is very close to West Bahnhof, and I’d choose it again when I return to Interlaken. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. My room was bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and an amazing view. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
