Essential by Dorint Interlaken

Mr. Eduardo made our honeymoon especially memorable. He listened carefully to our requests, went out of his way to help, and sent a thoughtful message at the start of our journey as a married couple. His sincere, professional care meant a lot to us. We stayed six nights over New Year and were impressed by how clean our room was and its beautiful riverside view. The hotel is conveniently close to the railway station. We also appreciated the drinkable tap water, coffee machine, and LED-lit mirrors. A great hotel makes a strong first impression, but heartfelt service is what builds lasting loyalty. We'd gladly return and recommend it to friends and family in Thailand.

The complaint that stood out was about the luggage attendant. When I politely asked if our bags could be taken to the room, he said the hotel didn't provide that service, but used inappropriate language. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating at check-in, so that contrast was disappointing. I hope management addresses how guests are spoken to, especially when handling luggage. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well maintained, with excellent access to train and bus stations and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was included and a good start to the day. The room was comfortable for our stay, though there wasn't much space for large luggage. It was a pleasant stay overall, but staff professionalism in luggage handling needs improvement.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful whenever we had a request. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel. Its location was fantastic, close to the train station, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, and our room had a gorgeous mountain view.

The rooms had everything needed for a comfortable stay and were clean and well appointed. What really made it, though, was the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile. They always seemed to be smiling, and I believe that says a lot about how much they enjoy their jobs. If I could give Dorint a ten, I would. Well done!
