Hotel Chalet Swiss

The main drawback was breakfast: it was quite cold for four days, and we only got some hot food on the fifth. The diced fruit was mushy and could be better. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain about. The staff were welcoming and nice, and the room was cozy with a distinct Swiss chalet style. From the window we had a great mountain view. The hotel is conveniently located in Interlaken west near the city centre, with all kinds of items about a five-minute walk away. We had a great stay and will definitely come back. Thanks to all the lovely staff.

The room was old but well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, and everything was clean. For the season, the price seemed reasonable compared with hotels of similar quality, and breakfast was included, so I think it’s one of the best deals around. It’s a little away from the main area, though still within walking distance. I’d stay again.

The room got quite cold at night because the heating wasn’t enough. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel. The views were excellent, and the facilities were well cared for. The shower had great pressure and a steady supply of hot water. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options, and I especially liked the colorful eggs.

After a day out sightseeing, we appreciated how calm and comfortable the room was. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help with information or requests. The hotel has a cozy, welcoming Swiss chalet style. Its spot is quiet but close to Interlaken West station, with shops, restaurants, and main attractions an easy walk away. We found it convenient and good value for money. I’d gladly recommend Hotel Chalet and would stay there again.
