Swiss Hotel Apartments - Interlaken

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, right in the heart of Interlaken, so it was easy to get around. Private parking was easy to use and felt safe. We were welcomed with wonderful customer service and looked after throughout the trip. The service was flawless, and we had the best time staying here. We’d love to return one day.

We came from the U.S.A. for our family’s first visit to Switzerland over Christmas, and after lots of research, choosing Swiss Hotel Apartments in Interlaken turned out perfectly. There was plenty of room for my three teenage children to enjoy Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The apartment was updated and very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking some meals at home. It’s very close to the train station, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Since Interlaken was in the middle of our trip, we could do laundry there too. We took a short train ride to Grindelwald for snow activities and went parasailing, sledging, and skiing. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had the best time ever! Highly recommend!

Getting the misplaced item back after our trip was a real relief. I’d accidentally left something important in the bedding, only noticed just before we left, and after a few emails the staff found it in the hotel laundry. It was sent on to the hotel where we were staying two days later. We were four people, a couple and two singles, in Interlaken for three nights and wanted to be near Interlaken Ost for our daily train trips. Swiss Hotel Apartments, right across from the station and Coop Supermarket, worked out beautifully. We booked unit 226, a three-bedroom corner apartment, and it was one of the best places we stayed in Switzerland. There was a huge living room, dining area, bar and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a lovely deck. Every room had its own air conditioning controls. It was very clean, with full service each day. We used the kitchen for breakfast every morning, and making dinner in on the two nights the couple wanted to stay in was easy. The smaller bedrooms were a bit sparsely furnished, with no chest and minimal nightstands, but they were still extremely comfortable. The service was first rate, and I highly recommend this place, especially unit 226.

We had a lovely stay at Swiss Hotel Apartments in Interlaken. The mountain views were amazing, and the apartment felt modern, roomy, and very clean. It had what we needed, including a kitchen and comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and friendly, check-in went smoothly, and being close to Interlaken West station made it easy to get around. I’d especially recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and convenient base.
