10/10
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I've never come across a friendlier team. Everyone, from the front office to the restaurant staff, was consistently amazing. What made it special was how genuine the welcome felt. Nothing seemed scripted or forced, just warm, natural hospitality. A fantastic team all around.

Jad is consistently welcoming and professional at reception. He's polite, attentive, and organized, and handles guests and calls patiently and efficiently. His communication is excellent, and he stays calm and professional even when things get busy. He goes out of his way to make sure visitors feel comfortable and supported. His positive attitude, reliability, and dedication make him a valuable member of the team.

The staff were generally awesome, the breakfast was really good, and the hotel's beautiful historic look is a plus. Its location is hard to beat. Still, I probably wouldn't book it again, even though we had a good stay overall. The beds were uncomfortably firm, though I managed by asking for extra blankets to put underneath me. Parking on site was pretty expensive. The room was five, but the bathroom left a bit to be desired.

The view and room were fabulous, but the service fell below average and wasn't worth what I paid. When we arrived, the restroom was very dirty, and check-in was delayed even though it was already past the 3 pm check-in time. The next day, housekeeping still hadn't come by 5:30 pm, which was really disappointing given what the reviews had said. The buffet also had no food labels and felt very unhygienic.

This was my second stay, and it was just as excellent as the first. The staff are super friendly, the room and toilet are spacious, and there's a great mountain view from the room. Highly recommend it, and I'd love to come back soon.
