The personal touches are everywhere. Diana and Ronald renovated and decorated the villa themselves, and they’ve done a great job. Diana welcomed us when we checked in, gave us the Interlaken visitors card for free bus rides and other discounts, and shared her WhatsApp number so we could ask questions easily. It felt like having a local friend looking after us. We were on our honeymoon and stayed here for this part of our trip. The building has three floors, with one suite per floor, which made it feel cozy and intimate. Our first-floor suite had a bedroom, living room, and toilet room, all a good size. Everything was clean, and we slept comfortably each night. Breakfast each morning had a good spread, and Diana cooked eggs the way we wanted. The villa feels like a Swiss home but has the things you want in a hotel. It’s right by Interlaken West station and a grocery store. The pictures don’t do it justice, and it surpassed my expectations. Nothing to complain about, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

From the balcony, it felt like we were right in the middle of the Alps. The suite was cozy, spotless, and beautifully furnished, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Diana and her husband took such good care of us. They made delicious coffee in the afternoons and breakfast eggs in the mornings, and we could reach Diana on WhatsApp whenever we needed to. Even before we arrived, the communication was warm and friendly, which we really appreciated. Thank you for everything. If you're visiting Interlaken, Villa Heimgarten is a lovely place to stay.

We were welcomed so warmly, and the stylish decor made a great first impression. Breakfast was prepared with so much care, too. Dear Diana, we had a wonderful stay and really hope to come back sometime. I'd happily recommend it!
