We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights with my husband and baby, and had one of the best stays I've had. Our room was clean, seemed newly renovated, and had a really great view of Lake Brienz. The restaurant food was delicious, and everyone at the hotel was accommodating and friendly, especially the woman at reception. The location was convenient too, near a bus stop, with plenty of free parking and a grocery store close by for essentials. The famous Crash Landing on You move spot is just a short walk away. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Iseltwald.

We had a great stay at Hotel Chalet du Lac and will come back. The rooms were comfortable and super clean, and ours had a balcony with wonderful lake views. The hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant is great, and the staff are very nice. There's plenty of parking too.

The food was incredible, and the rooms were clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. My only downside was that the beds were very hard. I'd happily return and recommend this hotel.

I'm staying here now and really enjoying it. The room is clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. It's a bit small, but still cozy and pleasant. The lake view is stunning and makes for such a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant is lovely. The steak was delicious and worth the price. The staff are amazing, always helpful, and very polite and friendly. Their warm hospitality makes the stay even more enjoyable. So far, it's been a wonderful experience!
