The grounds and views were beautiful, and the welcome felt warm throughout our anniversary celebration. Our party of 25 was impressed with the service, food, and comfortable accommodations. Antonin, Sandra, Jeffry, and Dominique helped make the occasion unforgettable, and the chef deserves a big thank you too. Everything ran smoothly and felt elegant, well beyond what we expected. I’d happily give this place 10 stars, it really deserves a perfect rating.

The charger didn’t work for me, and the guidance about using it was unclear. Reception apologized when I came back, but didn’t offer another solution, so I was left unsure what to do. Earlier, I’d been told the Destination Charger was only for restaurant or hotel guests, so I chose to eat there and ordered a burger, small beer, and latte macchiato. After my meal, reception directed me to the middle charger and said to come back if it failed. I plugged in and my app showed “no power”. As a paying guest, I expected a working charger or clearer instructions.

The surroundings are absolutely stunning. We had good service, and it’s a lovely spot for a meal or just a drink. Loved it.

The food at the restaurant was good, though my order took an hour to arrive. The hotel itself is a nice place to stay, but there’s no air conditioning in the rooms. It’s up on the mountain, and getting to the “villa” part may be difficult.
