The staff came across as attentive and friendly, and the residents seemed happy and welcoming. I also found the management's explanation of their care philosophy very impressive. I got to experience this lovely place today, and it really is beautiful.

That care professional's behavior was incredibly unpleasant and awful. For heaven's sake, she should leave the job immediately. I'll inform the head of nursing tomorrow.
