Checkout took over 30 minutes because they just didn't feel like getting it done, despite the staff being ultra friendly and helpful otherwise. They also lied to us several times about their own booking policies, so have your booking details handy, including the check-in and check-out times and what amenities were supposed to be included. The place itself was a dump. There were dirty sheets and bathroom walls, and the photos and listed amenities were misleading. No TV, the fireplaces didn't work, and there was just one bathroom for 10 people. At least those 10 people got three coffee pods. They even charge extra for sheets and towels, and for parking in front of the hotel while you carry your bags in. Otherwise, they'll call a tow truck. It's more like a rent-by-the-hour place in a bad part of town. If you want to identify a Boeing 747 or Airbus 320 from the sound of the parts moving in the engines, though, this is for you. Planes fly so close you can inspect the landing gear for aviation safety standards, every 10-15 minutes from 5am to 12pm.

The sheets had blood spots, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the shower curtain was moldy. The place was dirty, smelly, and loud, and there were no keys for the rooms. I booked through the hotelsdotcomApp without checking Google reviews first, big mistake. We couldn't stay the night and left for another hotel.

Our whole holiday plan was ruined. They cancelled our booking just 15 minutes before check-in, saying they had told hotel.com to arrange something else. Hotel.com had received nothing from them, so we were left on the street with nowhere to stay. It was 31 December and all the hotels were full. We had to pay more than double to get a room at such short notice. The receptionist didn't know English, and the manager was rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel.

The airport runways were so close that it was far too loud to sleep. We were also surprised to find it was a shared place, and as a family we had to share one bathroom with total strangers from all over the world. There were lots of mosquitoes and big spiders too. We left within half an hour of arriving because the experience felt terrible and scary. When I asked for another room, they pretended they couldn't speak English, so we moved out of this place, which isn't even a hotel. Do NOT come here!

We had a great stay and felt very welcome. The Indian hosts were friendly, and it's near the airport. Highly recommend it to everyone.
