The room and amenities were nice and just enough, apart from the air conditioning and smell. The AC wasn’t working, and the room had a very stale odor when we entered. We wanted to switch rooms, but reception was closed at night. When we checked in, we’d dropped our luggage and left right away. Check-in itself was easy, and there were several parking lots available. I stayed the night before my flight.

It was hot, as many hotels in Switzerland don’t have air conditioning, but they gave us a fan and it helped cool the room. The hotel is very convenient for the train and bus station, with a short bus ride available. A Swiss pass helps a lot for getting around.

We forgot an item during our stay, and the staff found it and kept it safely at reception until we came back for it. We really appreciated their honesty and care. The rooms were clean and spacious, service was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Free parking was a big plus, with both covered and uncovered spaces. Great hotel, highly recommended.

The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with dining options nearby. It’s four bus stops from the airport on either the 731 or 733. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were firm but comfortable. There was hot water and a warm room, plus a decent breakfast for €15. Booking directly through their website is the best way to get a cheaper price.

The reception service was very good, and we had a nice view of the airport approach area from some of our five rooms. I’ve also stayed at Allegra Lodge, which is part of the same group. Everything here was good, though anyone who cares a lot about things being new might find it a bit dated. The hotel is clean and in a great spot, with grocery stores, cafes, and a lovely town street and square right there, but it doesn’t feel like a busy area.
