My booking for an apartment with My Home Location was cancelled when I arrived. I was left out in the cold for over an hour, then had to find a hotel. I also had to throw away the groceries I’d bought, pay extra phone charges, and eat sandwiches for three days. My Home Location is a disgrace. Avoid this agency at all costs!
