The pool is great for swimming laps, and little kids will love the big slide and play area. There weren’t any chairs for relaxing poolside, though. The spa is nude only, useful to know before you go. The room was as basic as the pictures on the sites suggest, but it was very clean and had amazing views. The whole hotel was spotless, the facilities were great, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and genuinely caring. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn’t a huge selection.

We had a great time having cocktails in the lobby, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Even in summer, this is a fantastic hotel for a good price. The room and terrace have amazing views, and the facilities, especially the gym, are modern and clean.

We stopped by for a few drinks on the hotel terrace and in the restaurant. There are lots of tables outside along with wooden sun loungers, and the interior is modern. Inside, the living-room-style lounge has an amazing view over the lake of Laax. Friendly staff too, it’s a great place to hang out. We didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms or the hotel itself.

A big, pleasant hostel with an indoor pool. The prices are fair, and the staff are friendly. There’s parking and a public transport bus. Three stars because it’s a hostel rather than a hotel.

The location and friendly staff made all the difference after our holiday got off to a stressful start. They did everything they could to find a solution, even though the problem wasn’t theirs to fix. It wasn’t an ideal solution, but it was one, and we were very happy to spend two nights here. Great mountain views and good times. A well-deserved five stars, and thank you!
