The rooms were much more comfortable than I expected, especially the bed, and they have a bath, kitchen, and separate main bedroom. I come every year to snowboard, and the scenery and location are stunning. Getting from the parking garage locker room straight to the lift is really convenient. The only snag is that everyone speaks German, so maybe brush up on Duolingo before you arrive :P :>

The spa and pool were a great way to unwind after a full day skiing. We had a lovely short trip with a friend, and the hotel sits right in the village centre, practically beside the lifts. Reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even letting us park first thing on arrival day. Happy to recommend it.

The restaurant food is great, and the restaurant staff are the best. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the lifts are right nearby, which is about as good a location as you can get. There wasn't any water in the rooms, a basic thing most hotels provide. Reception could use more energy. Still, a good stay.

The location is very good, but the stay was a letdown. Reception staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming right from the beginning. There was no basic courtesy, and that made things uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it.

You can get to the lifts without needing a bus or shuttle, the location is that convenient. The rooms are cute, clean, and well kept. What really stood out was the staff, who were amazing and clearly care about their work. That's not always the case at ski resorts, where staff are often overworked and underpaid. The restaurant is decent enough.
