Marina Lachen

The location was good, and everything was very clean. The rooms are small, the Wi-Fi was slow, and bells rang throughout the day and night.

I stayed one night on a business trip and had a comfortable bed with good pillows and a nice room interior. The marina is in an amazing location, and breakfast is served close to the water. But the crew stood out most. The woman bringing the breakfast menu was warm, friendly, and very kind. I asked if they could make something special, and she said it wasn't part of breakfast. A few minutes later, she brought it out anyway. Wow. The hotel makes guests feel welcome, like the guest is king and they're a little bit at home. This is a heartfelt recommendation. Thank you for the stay.

A lovely steak restaurant on Lake Zurich. The steak was cooked so well it melted in my mouth 😉. The service was great, and my Jose Cuevo tequila glass stayed full.

We only stayed one night, but we'll definitely come back for longer. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday, and the room turned out even better than I expected: it was arranged just as I'd requested, with a bottle of champagne and romantic decorations. At breakfast the morning after we arrived, a very kind woman brought over a dessert with a candle and “happy birthday” written on the plate. It was such a lovely surprise, and there was no extra charge. The staff were very nice and polite. This was the best experience I've ever had, and I don't think you'll be disappointed if you choose Marina Lachen.
