The staff I dealt with were compassionate, honest, and quick to reply whenever I had a question. They helped arrange an early check-in and made checkout exceptionally smooth. The apartment felt like home, with spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, a lovely dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery. The linens were excellent, too. There’s a supermarket nearby, plus a small shop downstairs with everything you need and a very helpful owner. EMA Serviced Apartments has set a new standard in hospitality for me. I’m glad I chose EMA House Serviced Apartments, grateful for the wonderful service, and would recommend it to everyone. I hope they maintain the same standards as business gets busier.

I enjoyed my three-month stay at EMA House, and the staff were very helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Zurich who wants a studio apartment. It’s especially suitable for families and expats.

The neighborhood is quite loud most nights, though it’s very picturesque. The building itself is nice and the service is good, but a few things need updating, such as the laundry facility.
