The place was spotless, tidy and smelled great, and the location worked well for both public and private transport. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, quick and effective whenever I needed something, including a few special requests. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels in the area. Thanks for everything, I’ll definitely choose you again next time!

Evelyn was the star of our stay. She and her partner, chef Kevin, took over Hotel Hirschen from his parents, and she really knows how to look after guests. We’d been traveling from Paris through Provence and Geneva, and this was our best hotel yet. The staff were great, spoke English, and the large rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was included in our rate and was so good. We had two fantastic dinners: the first from the menu, and the second fondue, which Evelyn arranged after checking with Kevin. It was delicious. The restaurant closes for the first three weeks of January, but this little hotel and town are absolutely worth a visit.

The hotel has a warm atmosphere, and the food served there is excellent. Its location near the ice hockey stadium is another plus, especially since it’s a great attraction. Go Tigers! The cozy rooms and soft, comfortable beds make it easy to rest. I recommend it to everyone.

I was here for a company dinner, and everything went well. We began in the wine cellar, then had a dinner that had been ordered in advance. The service was very good, and everyone was friendly.

Everyone spoke English well, and the staff were very accommodating. Our room was clean, and the train station was less than a five-minute walk away. It was a quaint, comfortable place, and we really enjoyed our stay.
