It's a short walk to the Lausanne train station and the lake, and the underground is just 30 seconds away on foot. The four guest rooms have warm decor inspired by exotic places. The old wooden house is very clean, with gently creaky floors, and feels cozy. A nice family manages the listed building as a B&B, and people young and old were happy to help in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was wholesome and thoughtfully put together.

The chalet hotel looks beautiful, especially with the landscapes around it. The inside is more modern and not as lovely as the outside, but I still had a good experience.

It's a beautiful, typically Swiss chalet. But when we arrived at 5 pm in January 2019, our room had no heating, even though it was 3 degrees Celsius outside. That was very unpleasant. Breakfast was nothing special, and the reviews from other guests had left us surprised.
