The apartment was spotless and well kept, with everything we needed, including a hairdryer, iron, plenty of kitchenware, spices, cooking oil and a dishwasher with lots of tablets. It felt warm and cozy, and we settled in right away. We stayed three days and loved the setting beneath the cliff and waterfall. The waterfall made for a beautiful, unusual atmosphere, and the apartment was close to it and not far from the train station. We’d definitely recommend this place!

The place was spacious, with an okay view, though the waterfall wasn’t particularly breathtaking in winter. It also wasn’t especially close to the train station, and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. There were three bedrooms but just one tiny bathroom. The top floor ceiling was low enough that even I, despite being small-built, bumped my head several times. The induction cooker took ages to heat, and the utensils were worn and stained. Cleaning service was nonexistent. There was one laundry room for the whole building, and neither the washing machine nor the dryer worked properly.

The apartment was in great condition and the facilities were very well maintained. The falls views are the best, and it’s very good value for money, especially by CH standards and even more so for Lauterbrunnen. We highly recommend it 😀

The hosts were hard to beat, and the view was amazing. The apartment was clean and stocked with what we needed, including coffee, tea, extra towels and blankets. It’s easily the coolest apartment I’ve stayed in, and I’d absolutely recommend it for a trip around Switzerland!
