Hotel Schönegg Wengen

I really enjoyed my stay. The “small” bedroom was spacious, with a sunny balcony and seats overlooking the town and mountains. Waking up to that view and seeing the late sun on the snow was fantastic. The room was comfortable, with plenty of good lights and sockets, and the breakfast was tasty. All the staff were friendly. The hotel is close to both the cable car and train station. I was pleasantly surprised by the shuttle from the station, even though it wasn't far.

We were a family of four in the family suite, which had a separate bunk bed room. The view was incredible, and the room was quiet, comfortable, well appointed, and always clean. Free coffee and tea throughout the day was a nice surprise. The daily breakfast was well worth it, with fresh baked goods, eggs and omelets made to order, juices, coffee, milk, fresh fruit, and meats. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and Eva was a pleasure at breakfast each morning.

Breakfast was a lovely part of our stay, with a good range of choices for different tastes and dietary needs. The hotel and room were spotless, comfortable, and well kept. We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Schönegg in Wengen. The balcony views were even better than we expected, with sweeping Alpine scenery to wake up to. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wengen.

The view from our spotless, comfortable room was stunning. The only thing I wished it had was a fridge. The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to everything I wanted to explore but still quiet and peaceful. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. I couldn't be happier with my stay in Wengen. I highly recommend it for a relaxing, memorable visit and will definitely return next time.
