I've stayed here twice and would gladly return again and again. The service is warm and caring, like being looked after by family, while still professional. The location and views are hard to beat. It's about a 5-7-minute walk to the train station, and there's a shuttle if needed. Rooms are spacious, and the view is what makes it so special. You wake up feeling grateful you chose this place. Breakfast is excellent, with a good range of vegetarian and wholesome options, which I appreciate as a picky eater who looks for healthy choices. There's also a lovely terrace for a drink and the scenery is stunning. I celebrated New Year's Eve here too, and couldn't imagine a better setting. The hotel put on a beautiful dinner and included the Silvesterchlausen tradition, with large cowbells ringing. It made the evening feel incredibly Swiss and unforgettable. It's dog-friendly and family-friendly as well.

We only spent two nights and wished we'd stayed longer. About 15 minutes before our train arrived, we called the hotel, and someone came to meet us and drive us there. The staff were friendly, helpful, full of information, and always ready to help. Our room was lovely and clean, with a fantastic view, and the amenities and restaurant suited us perfectly. We also appreciated the free tea and coffee in reception. I can't fault the hotel, its amenities, or the staff, and we'd definitely stay here if we visit Wengen again.

We felt so welcome and at home, and we'll be back. The staff were super kind, breakfast scrumptious, and the balcony had amazing views. Free tea and coffee were a nice bonus. Best of all, we could leave our ski gear overnight at the intersport store for free. We'll tell our family and friends to come too. Thank you!

The location was a dream and everyone was super friendly. We stayed with our two galgos, and the hotel was truly pet-friendly and made them very welcome. Having glühwine on the terrace beside a warm fire went beyond everything I hoped for. We'll absolutely return.

We had a lovely room with a balcony and enjoyed a drink in the lobby while looking out at the snow-covered mountains. Our luggage was lost at the airport, and we couldn't locate it ourselves, but Andreas worked very hard to find it for us. We also had a delicious meal in the Deck on Christmas Eve.
