The hotel is right in the middle of town, with restaurants and shops nearby and buses to several ski slopes just a few meters away. Our family of five fit comfortably in the spacious family room. Breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was great. The kids’ playroom was outstanding, and the selection of family games plus a mini football table kept everyone busy. We loved our stay and will be back :)

There was no one to help. After we handed over the key, the place was left empty. There was no soap and the toilet was broken. Rooms of different types were being offered for the same price.

Right in the heart of Lenk, with everything close by, even the ski slopes. For the price, this is the best mountain resort hotel in Switzerland, no joke. The lounge is comfortable, the children's room is well stocked, and the restaurant is very decent. The sauna, pool and jacuzzi are all very good.

The sauna was awesome, and the whirlpool was great too. The pool is small but really nice. We had comfortable beds and breakfast was included. We had a great stay and will keep coming back.

Dinner out on the terrace was lovely, and the owners are a great team. Everything was clean, the location is right in the middle of town, and the café bar outside had great homemade iced tea. We were disappointed at first because there was scaffolding around the balcony and workers started on it at 7 a.m. No doubt that will pass.
