The food was out of this world, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Their nut based plant based fondue was the best I've ever had. The staff were super friendly, and everything in the hotel is homemade and sustainable. I just loved it and need to come back.

The staff were amazing, authentic, attentive, and had a perfect eye for detail. We loved the local Swiss wines from the German speaking part of Switzerland. The interior and ambiance feel modern alpine chic, but still so cozy. The dishes were delicious, and the chicken schnitzel was superb, along with a few starters we shared. A good win for Wengen.

We stopped by with our two Labradors for coffee and a light lunch. Pedro led an incredibly welcoming team and couldn't do enough for us. The food was delightful, so we've booked dinner too. A great, very dog friendly place, just what Wengen needs.

It's easy enough to walk to this restaurant, though it's a little outside the village. The meals are nice, but they come at a price. The hotel and restaurant are generally friendly to dogs and children. Kids get their own menu with pencils for drawing, but our son was pretty unhappy when the waiter took his drawing and scrunched it up. You can charge an EV here. We plugged in our Tesla Model S and got 10% charge during dinner. Ask to use the charging station and they'll switch it on for you. It costs 10 CHF for a charge during your stay, and they stop the Tesla destination charger as soon as you leave the restaurant. Personally, 10.- feels like quite a lot for 15 KWh.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The location is good, close to the Betelberg. We stayed for three nights and had such a great time. We can really recommend this hotel.
