The hotel sits at 5500 feet, with stunning views of the Swiss Alps, and may be the most beautiful hotel location we’ve ever experienced. The decor has an upscale mountain chalet feel, and the service was incredible. There’s a broad menu, with very good quality food and excellent service. It’s expensive, but worth the cost.

I’ve tried treatments at plenty of five-star hotel spas, and Tatiana’s massage at the spa of LeCrans Hotel & Spa was the best I’ve ever had. Her technique, intuition, and presence were outstanding. It felt deeply therapeutic and perfectly tailored to me. An unforgettable treatment, and a real standout even by luxury spa standards. Highly recommended.

The wellness area was a highlight, especially the warm outdoor pool with temperatures below zero outside. The restaurant was an experience too, and we were genuinely impressed by both the food and the staff. Our room felt cozy and warm, with lots of wood and natural materials. We had a wonderful time at LeCrans. It’s easily the best small hotel we’ve stayed in so far, and we’ll be back.

We especially enjoyed breakfast, with homemade jams and marmalade, delicious homemade pastries, and a well chosen selection of local cheeses and cold cuts. Laureen was exceptionally kind and professional, and her care showed in every interaction. At reception, Stéphen made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. His attentiveness throughout the stay left a lasting impression. We had some wonderful days at LeCrans, a lovely hideaway.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff were so rude, especially at the spa. It’s really embarrassing for valmont to work with amateurs of such low quality.
