The new rooms across the street were quiet and very pleasant. There’s a shared kitchen in the hallway with complimentary drinks. The hotel has a lovely, family-like feel, and I felt at home right away. Perfect stay!

We had a great time here. Service was top notch, the rooms were clean, and there’s free parking. The minibar’s first charge is free. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection, but it was fine. They speak German, Italian, French, and English.

In September, Room 23 was around 35 degrees, with no AC or fan, and faced the busy main crossing. There was also a very strong smell in the room. I don’t know if some people like it, but it gave me a headache. The room felt more like a steam sauna than a hotel room. It would be nice if staff opened the window once the sun had moved off the east-facing wall.

A cozy, welcoming hotel with good service and excellent food. I found it a lovely place to unwind on a business trip or spend a weekend with someone you love.

We were there for a celebration and ate as guests. The food was wonderful, and the service was great.
