Lenzerhorn Spa & Wellness

Carmita and Ana Sofia stood out most of all for their kindness and warm welcome. Everything was perfect, and I'll certainly come back.

The wellness area was the highlight for us, especially the wonderfully relaxing massage. It had everything we needed, including two kinds of swimming pools. We stayed for a short weekend getaway, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent overall, though it seemed a bit off on the last day, possibly because of a staff shortage. It didn't spoil our stay. On our last day I accidentally left my purse in the room safe. The staff responded quickly and arranged to send it to my house, which we really appreciated. Thanks for a lovely stay. We'll return and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is easy to reach from the bus stop, and you can ski back right to its door. Reception staff were super helpful, and the outdoor pool is great. Our room, 25, had ventilation that didn't seem to work properly, and the pillows were bad. The hotel feels a bit maze-like, so clearer signs would help, for example to the ski store room.

The location is good, but two problems brought my rating down to three stars, and the room issue was a big one. On the first night I barely slept because the mattress on the armchair was meant to be a bed, but it was too small. The people were very short and freezing. Then the pinball game took 10 francs and wouldn't start. I asked for help getting my money back, and they said a technician would arrive soon. I went to reception two or three times; after half an hour, they finally gave it back. After the staff response to my review, I took another star off the service.
