The front desk and housekeeping teams made my holiday stay memorable. Even with the lobby busy during the holiday rush, check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were warm and professional. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room was immaculate every day. Housekeeping clearly worked hard behind the scenes, and their attention to detail stood out. Every member of the team seemed dedicated. They’re the backbone of the guest experience and deserve a raise, or at least a generous holiday bonus. I’ll definitely be back.

Tatjana at reception always greets me so warmly when I arrive at Crowne Plaza Zurich. She’s kind and professional. The hotel is centrally located, with comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. The gym is well equipped, and there’s a cozy bar by reception where you can have a drink.

That tram stop just a couple of minutes away made getting into the centre or over to the train station easy, and there’s a supermarket nearby if you need it. After reading some mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the stay turned out really well. At check-in they put us on the quiet side, which was welcome after a long journey, and the manager (I think) called to see how we were settling in. They’d also set up the room for my boyfriend’s birthday and our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. The gym was spotless, had good quality machines and sanitiser, and I especially liked the elliptical. My boyfriend enjoyed the steam room and sauna. We didn’t get time to use the pool. In the room, the Nespresso machine and good quality water were both replenished regularly, which came in handy after sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’d happily stay again.

The rooms could use an update, but the team made our stay a great one. Sofie got us checked in early and made us feel welcome straight away, with clear information about the hotel and getting around. Kathie at the desk helped change our reservation, offered a fair discounted rate, and even gave us chocolate treats. Breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight, especially the omelette made by Kobie. The evening housekeeper was also kind about our special requests and always greeted us with a smile, though I didn’t get her name. We enjoyed the fitness area and sauna, and dinner at FOURTWENTIE was excellent. The location also made it easy to reach the city centre.
