It's a boutique-style property in an ideal location, with friendly, accommodating staff and a comfortable bed. But there were hairs in the towels, and the shower on the 4th floor has an arched ceiling that doesn't work well for a tall person. The main problem is the lack of air-conditioning. My reservation requested an extra charge for a drink on arrival and breakfast, but there was no drink when I arrived. I'd suggest getting breakfast in town instead. With no air-conditioning, I wouldn't choose this place again. If that were fixed, I'd stay here, but skip the breakfast add-on.

The location is great, but I've never stayed somewhere so uncomfortable. Our room was 25C/78F, and with only two fans, we were all sweating past midnight and couldn't sleep. The fridge wasn't working, so staff put our food in another fridge elsewhere, and the toilet kept making noises. There was no front desk staff at that hour. I travel 5/yr, and this is the most uncomfortable hotel I've ever stayed in.

We didn't eat there, though the food looked Tex-Mex/American. We just had a drink outside. It's centrally located but off the main road, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Really good value for money, with a nice, clean room that was quite spacious for three adults. The location is great, right in the heart of the old city, and the staff were helpful both before we arrived and during the stay.

I couldn't sleep at all. They put me in a room right above the bar, where people were noisy ALL NIGHT, and the board where guests pick up their keys was right next door, adding even more noise. I'd asked for a quiet room in my reservation, and that request had been confirmed. But as soon as I checked in, the room had been given to somebody else. This was a really disappointing stay, and I don't recommend this hotel. A disaster.
