The rooms need much better care. Our mattress was dirty, the closet was in poor condition, and the kitchen was dirty, with moldy food left in the fridge. Dusting had been done poorly throughout. The staff were disorganized and rude, and communication was just as bad. The location near the train station is good, and the price can suit a budget. Even so, I'd only consider staying here as a last resort.

I booked on 20th June 2024 despite the bad reviews, and ended up in a unit at a different location beside the VIADUKT, looking out toward the park. There are places to eat there, plus open space and a playground that's great for kids. A COOP supermarket is nearby and the tram stop is within walking distance. It was a good stay. The only real drawback was having just 1 WC and 1 shower, in separate rooms, for 3 bedrooms that sleep 8.

The house is a dump, definitely wouldn't recommend it. There are often awful scenes with people screaming and shouting at each other, dogs barking, and police showing up regularly. Don't stay there!

Don't stay here. The room was old and dirty, the toilet was broken, the kitchen smelled bad, and the place was noisy. The photos on booking sites were misleading. The owner had poor manners and never communicated with us. People smoked despite the no-smoking rule, and they accepted a guest who had covid. I once posted a review on Agoda, but the owner asked the app to remove it. Check nonprofit review sites too, and don't rely on booking platform reviews.

I've been trying to cancel my reservation for over a week, and the owners have ignored me. They responded once, then left me on read. When I did manage to reach someone, they told me to contact them on WhatsApp, ignored me there too, and then hung up. I can't get in touch with them.
