The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. Getting to the main gondola was easy with just a short walk, and town, shops, and restaurants were also nearby. We arrived late in the evening, but staff quickly helped us with our luggage so we could head straight to the restaurant for a meal. They were extremely helpful throughout our trip, including arranging some evenings out for our large group. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Our room was large, clean, and refreshed, and the service and amenities were at a high level. The dinners were so good that half-board felt well worth it. I only wish the pists nearby were a little better. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

The pool and sauna were nice, though a bit small for a hotel this size. In winter, the mountains leave the hotel in the shade for much of the day, but that's nature. You can walk from there to the skilift, which is a plus. We spent four days here with family over Christmas. Although the hotel is large, the attentive staff made it feel like home. They were especially friendly and helpful in the restaurant and at the bar. The food was excellent, our room was nice and clean, and the recent renovation was done very nicely. It was a great choice for our stay.

The location was excellent and the facilities were great. What really stood out, though, was the staff's care. Everyone was welcoming and extremely kind, in a way we rarely experienced in Switzerland or elsewhere. We'll consider coming back for that alone. We'd booked for 2025 but couldn't travel because of health issues. Although the booking was non-refundable, the hotel kindly gave us a credit.

The rooms were great, and the food on half-board was splendid. Our congratulations to the cook! The sauna is far too small for a hotel of this size. In my opinion, there's room to extend the pool on the ground level and add a sauna world in the triangle near the river. The gym is another small drawback, since you have to go outside to use it. Otherwise, it's a really good hotel and offers top value for money.
