The apartment itself was great. The extra costs were the problem: like many Swiss holiday rentals, the online price left out a substantial amount of tax. They also couldn’t take the additional payment by credit card because their machine didn’t recognise Visa.

A lovely apartment in a good spot, and the man there was very kind.

We told the landlord, Renate Bruhin, about the problems on our first day, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. She ignored our complaints and even denied them. Apartment 31 was old and dirty, with many broken things. I wouldn’t recommend either the apartments or the landlords.

The rental manager was attentive and helpful, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. It’s right in the city center and only a two-minute walk from the Alpenterm ski resort. A wonderful place to stay.

We came for some peace and quiet, but the building has such poor soundproofing that we were woken up every morning at 5:30.
