I loved having a drying rack in the room. After a day skiing in wet clothes, it was especially useful, and the staff had also refreshed and tidied the room while I was out. The room was large, warm, and had plenty of storage. The hotel is around a seven-minute walk from the town center, close to the Gemmi telecabin, and just two minutes from the bus stop for the Torrent telecabin. With all the snow during my visit, the setting looked beautiful. Staff were super friendly, breakfast had lots of options, and the ski room downstairs was handy. They gave me a card for free bus travel and a discount at the thermal baths. I'd come back!

Such a cute family-run hotel. They took really good care of us and did their best to accommodate us. Since we're vegan, they made sure there would be plenty of vegan breakfast options.

The breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful, with excellent English. Our room was clean and spacious, with a hot, powerful shower and a heated floor area for drying. The hotel is within a five-minute walk of the Gemmi cable car.

We were sorry to leave after three nights in August, and hope to come back. My brother and I were there to climb the Daubenhorn, and the clean, comfortable room had breathtaking views over the mountains, town, and valley. The hotel feels like a small bed and breakfast, with the owners and the same staff looking after everything themselves. Our host Carola and her colleagues were superb, kind, and accommodating. They enjoy chatting with guests over breakfast and getting to know them. I heard Carola speaking at least four languages with different guests.

A great base for our mix of family and friends on a ski touring trip to Lammeren Hut. The cable car is nearby, and the people were lovely with great service. They even let us leave our bags and use the shower on the way home. Breakfast was very good too.
