The shuttle from the bus terminal and to the ski resort was really convenient and well organized. We also appreciated being able to check out late, so we could enjoy more of Sunday without rushing to pack. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the ladies serving both meals were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome. The thermal pool uses real thermal water, is included in the price, and was wonderful for relaxing. The rooms are much larger than standard, and having a bathtub was perfect after a long day skiing. Set high above the village, the hotel has a peaceful setting and breathtaking, undisturbed mountain views. The old furniture has lots of character, the huge fireplace in the dining room is stunning, and I think the hotel has enormous potential to become a beautiful boutique vintage hotel with just a few small changes. Maybe many guests don't see it that way, but to me places like this are considered boutique luxury in the US, like The Robey in Chicago. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina Terme in Leukerbad and will definitely come back.

The staff were warm and took the time to explain everything we needed to know to make our trip better. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept surprisingly well in a bed that wasn't my own. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh products and plenty of choice. We came for a short break from the city, and the location worked perfectly, close to the center and several scenic hiking trails with breathtaking views. When we wanted to stay in, the hotel's thermal waters were a luxurious way to unwind. I haven't felt this rested in a long time, even with all the activities we fit in. We're already planning to return next year.

The hotel's a little outside the city center, but the free shuttle is reliable and convenient. Its quiet, peaceful setting makes it a lovely spot to relax and recharge. We spent a memorable weekend at Hotel Regina Terme celebrating a special day for someone dear to me, and the natural thermal bath made it feel like an authentic Swiss hotel experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional, with every detail taken care of. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a traditional Swiss stay with natural thermal baths.

I couldn't stop looking out the windows at the breathtaking view. I think this is the highest point in Leukerbad. The hotel is a bit old, but spotless, and it reminded me of the ski resorts I visited as a child. It helped me forget about all the emails waiting at home :D There are three forest hiking trails nearby, and afterwards you can relax in the pool with hot thermal water. I also liked that it wasn't crowded, so you could enjoy the Alpes in peace :D

The hotel is old and very average. The room had plenty of space, but it was in bad shape, cold, and the bed and mattress were terrible, so sleeping was difficult. The thermal spa and swimming pool were in such poor condition they were almost impossible to use. Service and kindness were below the minimum. I wouldn't recommend it.
