The staff and management behaved unprofessionally, and there wasn't even a basic hot plate.

It's small, but very well put together, with everything you need for everyday life.

Lake Lucerne, the train station and city centre, and the nearest supermarket were all an easy walk away. There's also a gas station across the street for picking up things quickly. I found the apartment through Airbnb, and it matched the description exactly. It suited one or two people perfectly, and the key box made access very convenient. They'd left a detailed folder in the room with information about Lucerne and its sights.

Clean, practical, and fully furnished, with a kitchen and even a Nespresso machine and coffee.

The apartments are wonderful, with quality materials and great service. I recommend them 100%.
