ibis Styles Luzern

The bus stop across from the grocery shops made it easy to get to the main station, and we could also walk to the old town and the lion statue. For Lucerne, this was a great budget choice. We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles: the rooms were clean, the mattresses were great, and the staff were attentive and helpful. There wasn't a fridge in our room, but breakfast was included and had lots of hot and cold choices, from cereal to a cooked meal. The microwave is in the back dining room. There’s also a free foosball table in the lobby, which kept the kids entertained.

We were touched by the welcome for our honeymoon. The Ibis Styles team had left a wedding card, wine, and Merci chocolates for us, such a lovely gesture. The rooms were clean and service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.

I didn't try breakfast, but everything else was just right. The rooms were clean and well kept, and it's a perfect spot for exploring Luzern. The team made the stay especially enjoyable, big thanks to Astrid, Jasmin, Antony, and Caroline for the fantastic hospitality.

The kids had a great time playing foosball in the lobby, and it was a nice place to rest after our long, tiring trip from Milan to Luzern. We think our room may have been upgraded. Thanks so much for welcoming us and letting us use the pantry facilities, including the microwave and hot water for tea or coffee. The hotel is close to the Lion monument, Glacier Garden, and Chapel Bridge. We'd recommend Ibis Style Luzern City to travelers visiting Lucerne.
