Breakfast in the garden, served with silver spoons, was a treat. This lovely family-owned hotel in the Lugano region is a beautifully renovated old palace, with those grand ceilings from the past still there.

The rooms feel a bit dated, but that didn’t take away from the great experience, especially for the price. The town is beautiful, and the location, garden, and pool were the highlights.

Loved it. The design is very nice, breakfast was delicious, and the room came with complimentary accessories and coffee. The hotel also offers shuttle services. Amazing hotel and very special service, highly recommended.

The garden and grounds are kept meticulously, and breakfast was outstanding. Front desk service was impeccable. Our room looked out over the garden and was full of sunshine.
