We paid extra for a balcony with a fantastic view, and it was worth it. Nassa is right in the town center, within easy walking distance of the sights, with the lake and mountains all around. Breakfast was delicious, and they brought me gluten-free bread when I asked. The concierge was very kind, checked in about our stay, and let us leave our bags in a back room while we explored town. The bed was huge and comfortable, though the rooms feel dated and some features, like the in-room massage chair, didn't work. Thanks for a great stay in Lugano!

Dogs are welcome, though there's a 30-40 chf fee. The view and location are fantastic, and the staff are friendly. It's simple, but I came away with a great impression. 👍

The reception staff were really nice, and the location is fantastic for the price. The rest is fine, just nothing to write home about.

We were there for two days in July and had a very good stay. The staff were polite and friendly, and breakfast was good. Our balcony had an excellent view, so check for that option when booking. Being right in the city center also made it easy to get to all the main places. We really enjoyed the hotel and our time there.

The morning light coming in at sunrise was lovely, and we could step straight out for a walk by the lake. The hotel is in a stunning spot, and the reception gave us useful advice on places to visit. Service was excellent, and it made the stay memorable.
