The rooms were dirty, especially the bathrooms. There was hair stuck to the wall, and not even any toilet paper. We asked for a refund but never got a reply. We’d booked three nights over Christmas and had specified that we needed wheelchair access for a girl in our group. A young man greeted us and took payment, then told us there were two flights of stairs to reach the rooms. We were stunned. We’d asked right away about an elevator or other way up, especially for her, and were told with a smile that there wasn’t one. We asked to speak to the B&B manager, but the receptionist kept saying he couldn’t call him, still smiling. We were even told, “It’s you Italians who steal, not us.” Outrageous and completely inhuman. If I could, I’d give this less than zero. I’d never recommend it to anyone. Disgusting, a disgrace.

It’s a bit of a trek from the center, but if you’re after walks and mountain scenery, this is the best spot.

The curtains don’t block enough light, and there’s no room for a chambermaid to restock tea and other things.
