During a forced stay after a fire displaced me, this place never made me feel the absence of home too heavily. I’d ended up here partly by chance and partly because it was close to my place. The team made me feel welcome right away, with kindness and attention to even little details. Everything is kept in meticulous order, and the atmosphere is calm. My sincere thanks to all the staff for their courtesy and support. Congratulations, and heartfelt thanks to everyone.

What made this five-star stay for us was the lovely staff. We spent five days at Resortal Centro for the first time, and we’ll definitely come back. The welcome was so friendly, and everyone was helpful, courteous, good at finding solutions, and great with children. We had six children on the third day, then eight children and five adults, and nobody had a single complaint. Everything was clean, including the well-maintained pool. The garden area was pleasant and had everything we needed. Our apartment was in great condition and well looked after. The apartments are a little older, but spacious, with lots of room, and clearly cared for. The value for money is excellent. They even let us stay in the garden after checkout and offered us ice cream. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. You’re doing a great job, and we hope to see you again soon. We’ve treated this as our second home in Lugano for years, and it’s still our favorite place for family stays. The big balcony facing the garden is lovely for relaxing, and the garden itself is beautiful, clean, and carefully maintained, with a swimming pool. There’s parking and a reception desk in the building. Each apartment has a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a basic kitchen with dishes, TV, and Wi-Fi. Fresh bed linen and a towel set are supplied for each person. For a small extra charge, you can use the shared washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. Coop, Denner, and other shops are close by. The city center is about a half-hour walk, or quicker by public transport. The value is unbeatable. Move in and feel at home.

In a city as expensive as Lugano, this is a great option. It’s very clean, and the little kitchen has everything you need. The furnishings definitely could use an update, though.
