La Perla del Ticino 10 is about a 12-minute walk from the beach, and the apartment has mountain views, a terrace, and a kettle. It’s roughly 400 m from Exhibition Center Lugano and 900 m from Palazzo Congressi Lugano. Inside, there’s one bedroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a TV. Art Museum Lugano is 2.1 km away, and Lugano Airport is the nearest airport, 5 km from the apartment.

Quiet and spacious apartments, though a bit pricey and a long way from the center. Still, they’re great apartments.

The area is quiet, apart from the children’s playground beside the building. A Coop, a Denner, and a Lidl are close by. The modern apartment building has vacation rentals run by the agency "Quokka". Our contactless check-in with a code worked very well, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including a coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave, and utensils.
