The peaceful setting and breathtaking views made it easy to unwind, and the food was delicious and high quality. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Hermitage Hotel, with comfort, calm, and a touch of luxury throughout. The whole team was kind, attentive, and professional. At reception, with reservations, and when we arrived, everyone seemed to work together so well, with strong leadership setting a high standard. A heartfelt thank you to Tariq, Isabella, Tatienne, Raph, Nora, Paul, and Zoe for making us feel so welcome and cared for. Sorry if I’ve missed anyone, every team member helped make the stay special. We’d gladly return.

Mar at the front desk made a lovely impression. She was warm, friendly, and helpful, and took the time to explain the hotel and room amenities in detail. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy, with great facilities, comfortable rooms, and stunning views. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hermitage in Switzerland. Highly recommended!

We loved the boat rental, and the bar had great drinks plus an unmatched bourbon selection. Our room was nice and looked out over Lake Lucerne. The hotel sits right on the lake, and with a bus stop just outside, getting to and from town is easy and free. The boat rental is a blast and well worth recommending.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime. From our balcony we had a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne, and the rooms were spacious with lots of special details. The hotel is right by the lake, with a bus stop out front that made getting to and from town easy.

We stayed three nights and absolutely loved the place. It’s a beautiful hotel right next to Lake Luzern, with big rooms and an amazing lake view. The bus stop just opposite made it easy to get to Central, and the staff were very helpful.
