The location is convenient for visitors and skiers, close to both the train station and main road. My wife and I had an unforgettable night here. The room was clean and warm, and even through a heavy snowstorm the place felt safe and warm. The lobby stays lit and open 24/7, and the self check-in was super easy. 5/5 Rating! –Dawei

The self check-in is a great idea, and the hotel feels modern and cozy. The view is beautiful too. It's a bit pricey, and parking confused me at first, though I might have missed that information in the email. Even so, I'd recommend this amazing place to everyone!

The modern interior didn't make up for the shower, which only gave drops of water and took ages to reach the right temperature. There's an automat instead of reception, so if something goes wrong, there's no chance of help. The main entrance needs a code, but the emergency exit is an old door, kind of from the 60ies, that opens onto the street and doesn't close behind you. I didn't feel safe.

The room was clean and modern, and check-in at the machine worked perfectly. This small hotel has no visible staff and sits right beside the Brünig-Hasliberg train station. There was no kettle in the room, though hot water for tea is sold in the "digital lounge" for CHF 3.40, as is a latte macchiato from the machine for CHF 4.60. The large balcony had no furniture, not even a chair. During our three-day stay the power went out twice, and when that happened you couldn't even get back into the hotel. There are definitely better value options.
