Free parking and an easy walk to a great outlet are the good points. The bathroom is a mess: the tub drains slowly unless I prop the plug up, water leaks out past the folding glass shower screen, and the toilet and bidet are placed in a really awkward, illogical way. The Wi-Fi drops me every hour, which is especially irritating when I’m listening to music or watching a show. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bathroom. This doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with basic toiletries provided. Staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the food is good, though breakfast choices are limited. Fox Town is only a three-minute walk away, making this a great place to stay near the border.

The rooms are large and laid out well, with fine views. I stay here for business trips because it’s convenient for visiting businesses around Mendrisio, and the train station is about a 10-minute walk away.

The reception was very friendly and the beds were good, but dinner was a dealbreaker for us. After a 12 hour drive, we found that the hotel restaurant we’d stayed at before was no longer open. Instead, we were directed to a place on the ground floor where the hotel has a "joint verture "? with some very friendly guys. The menu was limited to salad or Pinsa, with no proper dinner available. Sorry, but we’ll skip this hotel next time.
